Personal Information Privacy on Property, Real estate sites…. matrimonial Sites, Save the women

Personal Information Privacy on Property, Real estate sites…. & Matrimonial sites

Why SC’s move to limit Aadhaar usage

Observation

it is found that fake information on real estate site like magicbricks.com or so many  ……. people and brokers are publishing wrong information on this site and due to failure in life cycle of your advertisement wrong alert are received by beneficiary and when ever public is calling they says property is booked  now they are offering 4 time costlier property. one Important thing they are playing this game to get public resource information for their business only. General public is going to harassed by this fake thing

Suggestion

  1. life cycle for each advertisement like max 7-15 day max after that it will automatically deactivate or need to be re published again like in OLX .com
  2. Checking the genuineness is real estate site responsibility.
  3. PAN and Aadhar Number should be included in Login of each Broker /Agent / Property Owner/ Property Searcher/ Builder
  4. As per real estate bill requirement .real estate sites should make filed mandatory for information genuineness  As per General public Privacy Bill - any party or company disclosing information will be panelist  50,000/- ... and so on for each complain .
  5. Human Rights Commission can play important roles in this area
Benefit

  1. Tractability Increased
  2. This segment will get respective accountability & identification may contribute in nation economy.
  3. Black Money involvement reduces.
  4.  Government have data bank segment wise.
  5.  This sector will regularize. Direct Pan Card linking will give great control.
Government  Initiative

1. The Aadhaar card could soon be your passport to a married life with the government asking all matrimonial websites to verify the authenticity of the profiles they put up. The move by Minister for Women and Child Development Maneka Gandhi

h

Finally some positive result of social initiative

I like the correction initiative of magic bricks

Nursery Admission(http://www.dailymail.co.uk/indiahome/indianews/article-2261826)

 #NEP @hrdministry

Common forms could be the norm for nursery admissions in Delhi from 2018

The government planning to start an online system where applicants have to fill up a common form for entry into over 1,700 private schools.

the move is aimed at ending the flip-flops on nursery admissions, which often lead to litigation and delays, and bringing more transparency into the system.

@supremecourt Interference needed to safeguard public interest. Dark side of system - Education goldern business - While schools will be free to decide their criteria and point allocation, they will have to upload relevant details on the admission portal linked to the Directorate of Education

Scope for Black Money and Tax chori in Education Sector

Government Response - Extremely poor - no intention to implement

Government response

It has always been the endeavor of Government of India to provide quality education to one and all. SSA and RTE are steps in that direction. But as education is a subject in the concurrent list, a part of responsibility lies on the state governments. However, if you find that a private school charges fees more than the services it provide, you can approach CBSE who will take action against the school.

जनता साफ सुथरा और ट्रांसपेरेंट सिस्टम चाहती है जिसमे no scope for black money , no donation , no corruption, every thing link with PAN TIN no Aadhaar Number and barcode.

क्या सरकार जनता के Expectation पर  खड़ा उत्तर पायेगी।

Prakash Javadekar

Why does court support the management quota in nursery admission?

national interest is missing - education sector

I have applied for 18 schools for my child but he did not get space in any school list . As a parent we are too nurvers, what should we do ? Delhi do not have sufficient school so that they can give education to every one. Government in India do not have strong policy to curb the malpractice  in the name of autonomy of private school, Black money involvement in education sector. In india only we talk about make in India but as a parents we feel we fail in India due to poor policies and poor intention to bring transparency in system .

similarly many parents are reporting they have applied for 40 Plus school but their child name in no list .

Is schools are out of Government control due to commercialization of education in India.
Black Money ,caption money , donation , corruption has hold in country,

we parents are paying  more than 1 lakh rupees tax annually,

we are hopeless shell we stop paying tax, education cess as Bombay High  court said in one case , it may be possible public will stop paying tax if government do not have better policy for betterment  and control over scope of black money , we pay tax for betterment , for no corruption, enough facility , education for every one.

Improving the quality of regulation

Nursery Admission(http://www.dailymail.co.uk/indiahome/indianews/article-2261826)

Best Example: Polytechnic for Engineering admission counselling in Madhya Pradesh  vyapam,

Similar kind of concept in nursery admission process state wise bring lots of transparency in admission process, also it is big relief for  parent and in the same time it will help to stop black money involved in the name of donation. transparency in fees structure and online process brake the concept of donation.

All Fees should be transfer directly in school account by NEFT or cheque. in the same time school school have to mention PAN Number / TIN Number in all receipt.

fake statement of school also caught that "no Poor children has applied" to take 25 % seat of poor quota (EWS), School can not run away from their social responsibility , strict rule for school also required that they should have to spend  2-5% of their income in Social Responsibility.

School fees direct transfer in school Bank A/c

All Fees should be transferred directly in school account by NEFT or cheque. At the same time schools have to mention PAN Number / TIN Number in all receipts.

PAN/ TIN /BAR code mandatory in all school fees receipts

Every fees receipt should have Bar code / TIN Number / PAN Number

"No Poor child has applied"

A common admission counseling system shall be introduced (may be city wise) for all schools (like Vyapam in MP) EWS students can also be distributed according to their location etc. Fake statement of schools also gets caught that "no Poor children has applied". Schools cannot run away from their social responsibility to take 25 % seats of poor quota (EWS).

Social responsibility of School

Strict rule for school also required that they should have to spend 5-10% of their income in Social Responsibility (Free Books, Poor student Fees, Save the Senior citizen, Save the Girl child, Tree Plantation etc.).

Safety of our children & responsibility of school

Schools are harassing parents for undeclared and unauthentic rules and regulation. There should be some rules and responsibility of school if children not present consecutive 3 days then school should inform parents by email, SMS or call or written letter to ensure no miss happening with children. Before cancelling admission of children at least 2 warning massage should be sent by school. All rules and regulations should be as per national education system and as approved by HRD Ministry. Financial penalty clause on school should be brought in favor of parents. For everything school should not impose financial penalty. All fee structure definition should be defined nation wise and shall not change school to school.

TAX Benefit on Child Education

Currently tax benefit for child education is Rs. 200 only that is quite old and far away from current situation. People are paying Rs. 3000 to 6000 per month for child school fee. Government need to increase this tax benefit amount to at least Rs. 3000 per month for child education to promote education level in India

Department of Revenue Feedback: Ref: DORVU/E/2015/00761 dated 15 Sep 2015

The Issue tax benefit on child education raised in your grievance pertains to policy matter hence matter has been refer to TAX policy Division of CBDT for further necessary action.

Increase opportunity of education (right of education)

We have infrastructure, if school run in shift (two or three) or some evening classes just like
UK and USA, So lot of people get opportunity to complete their education.

Suggestion to promote education in India

Right to Education act

As per Right to Education act - School should be available for each children. I would like to suggest best suitable solution that School should be run in 3 shifts to increase the opportunity of education for each child.

School Shift for increasing employment and education for every one

First & second shift of 5 hours each + Evening school should be for 3 hours, total 13 hours.  Three sets of teachers will be used. This will also help increasing the employment.

Semester System to reduce load on children

Semester System (every 3 month - like in any MBA) need to be introduced for reducing work load and creating better knowledge understanding.

Sports education need to be mandatory

Sports education need to be mandatory and it should have a proper syllabus. This should not be used as free period or PT only. Schools should operate on joint venture system with different sports bodies.

Saving the Girls - Girls Self defense training

Self defense training should be mandatory especially for girls (approximately 100 Hours in a year). This training may start from Class 6th onward

First Aid Education

Adding the First Aid education in schools / colleges will help us save lot of precious lives. In India, awareness on first aid is missing at every level and need to be added different levels.

Mandatory Disaster Management Education

Adding the disaster management education in schools / colleges like sports (few best examples like videos, movie shows (once in week) in schools about disaster management, movie on flood safety, rescue operation, safety in earthquake and safety in fire. One chapter in syllabus on safety and disaster management may be added in school education. Lab room to display best safety features.

Transparency requirement in School/collage Fees

1.      All School, Engineering colleges, Medical colleges are charging unwanted fees  in the name of development fees, infrastructure fees, books , library , donation fee etc this should be required re- evaluation to stop black money involvement . For all receipt TIN number or Pan Number should be compulsory. These collages should be treated as small scale industries – type - Education
2.      Transparency required in charges fees structure framework is required. National Level common fees regulatory bill required.
3.      Grading system of school or colleges ( G1to G4) as per facility standard like basic – drinking water, Spots ground, Toilet, swimming pool, JIM, Zoo, Park,  Play Ground, Library, Music facility, drawing art, clay art, etc
4.       No donation in elementary education like nursery
5.      Development fee only applicable in new school only up to 4 years from registration / establishment of school
6.      All component of fee structure need to be fix nation wise, and school/collage has to be publish detail on Internet as well as Government Income tax site. No fee without Pan No/ TIN No Linking
7.      All fee in school/Collage should be directly deposited in School Bank a/c through NEFT/ Cheque..etc
8.      School /collage should have some social responsibility at least 5-10 % of income should be use in social responsibility  (Free Books, Poor student Fees , Save the Senior citizen, Save the Girl child,  Tree Plantation)

Safety of Our Children & Responsibility of School

Schools are harassing parents for undeclared and inauthentic rules and regulation. There should be some rule and responsibility of school if children not present consecutive 3 days then school should inform parents by email, SMS or call or written letter to ensure no miss happening with children. Before cancelling admission of children at least 2 warning massage should be sending by school. All rules and regulation should be as per national education system and as approved by HRD Ministry.Financial penalty clause on school should be bringing in favor of parents. For everything school should not impose financial penalty. All fee structure definition should be defined nation wise not change school to school.

TRANSPARENCY REQUIREMENT IN SCHOOL/COLLEGE FEES

Requirement of National Level Education Fee regulatory Bill

All School, Engineering colleges, Medical colleges are charging unwanted fees  in the name of development fees, infrastructure fees, books, library, donation fee etc. This requires re-evaluation to stop black money involvement. For all receipts, TIN number or Pan Number should be compulsory. These schools / colleges should be treated as small scale industries – type – Education.

Transparency in charges / fees structure framework is required. National Level common fees regulatory bill required.

Fees should be as per School Grading system of school or colleges (G1to G5) as per facility standard like

PROMOTION OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS IN SCHOOL AND ADULT EDUCATION

You Tube/ Microsoft / Google can bring revolution in Education Sector

1.                  To increase the free education program – education for every one- You tube or Microsoft can bring videos  related to their education course like maths, science at all level from class 1 to 12 or higher, technological video like engineering maintenance of  automobile, power plant etc. in number of fields.
2.                  Competitive environment creation for Social responsibility of Individual/ Schools/ Colleges and They should have target to publish the open video content on You Tube about education /Subject / technology/ Class room material-notes

All India Radio / DTH can bring in education channels

1.     HRD Ministry to play important role in this area. To reach to everyone  - Telecast / DTH providers can help in this subject to promote education. DD channel could be a good point to start. If government gives some special tax benefits then lot of private DTH providers and private parties also comes in front.
2.     For Microsoft itself this is really good opportunity to promote “Bing” by investing in education program. Quality of service will help them to connect with all internet users, mobile users, also they can bring live education channel through DTH.

Initiative by Government + Private Partner -Swayam Prabha',

Freeze School Fee Hike Call Grows Louder; Hyderabad is Costliest for Education

http://www.newindianexpress.com/cities/hyderabad/Freeze-School-Fee-Hike-Call-Grows-Louder-Hyderabad-is-Costliest-for-Education/2016/03/06/article3312745.ece

HYDERABAD: The Joint Action Committee for School Fee Regulation (JAC-SFR) here on Saturday blamed the state government for ever rising fees in private schools and expressed anguish over the fact that now Hyderabad is the costliest city for education. JAC-SFR, which was formed on Saturday with a motive to put pressure on the government to grant a regulatory body and oversee fee hikes, aims to get rid of the tag of being the costliest city for school education in India.

Feedback & Initiative taken by government

This comes in my knowledge from India today dated 22 Oct. 2013

1.      Punjab approves “Educational fee regulator”

To prevent private institutions from charging excessive fee from students, the Punjab government on Monday decided to set up a regulatory body to keep a check on them.

A Punjab government spokesman said that the new regulator was being set up to rationalize and regulate the fee structure in unaided educational institutions across the state.

The decision was taken in the cabinet meeting here chaired by chief minister Parkash Singh Badal.

The Punjab and Haryana high court had recently said that private institutions could not be allowed to charge fees from students arbitrarily.

2.      Foreign Education Provider's Bill

3.      We find India quite confusing: British educator

The biggest challenge in the education sector in the future is to make it affordable to everybody, says Martin Hall, Vice Chancellor of the over 100-year-old Salford University, Manchester, UK.
I feel very strongly about it. So in the future, education between different countries should be a partnership. It’s not about us exporting a highly expensive product. At our University we’re examining how we can come into countries like India and work with partners to offer the best opportunities. I am very excited about the model we are developing for that.
We have a number of partnerships in different parts of the world… we’ve been in Sri Lanka for 25 years but are yet to come to India. We want to set up international hubs, where our expert staff will fly out from 5 to 8 days and provide quality teaching, and are excited about doing that in India.
We find India quite confusing because we get certain messages from the Federal government and entirely different messages from the state governments and partners. And there are so many new private universities in India and we’d like to work with them. But we also respect the older universities because they have a higher status, but often not much money.
Salford University
We are well over 100 years old and have over 20,000 students, including 2,000 international students. The three big countries which supply us students are China, India and Nigeria.
the economic growth in Britain last year was 0.2 per cent.
Yours was well over 5 per cent. The point is the global economy is shifting south, towards Asia, towards China, India, and to survive our universities need to build these partnerships because we live in a globalised world. We’d like to think our international education is good for India, but it’s also very good for our own students. In my university, and I am very proud of it, half of my British students are the first in their families to come to a university. Lots of them haven’t had the opportunity to leave Britian; many haven’t even been to London. So for them to meet international students is a great opportunity.
Moving forward, what are the challenges in education?
Huge financial challenges in making education affordable for many more students. We’ve got to find very clever ways of using new technology in the best way to improve the quality of education, while we reduce the costs. I also believe women’s education is important everywhere. If we don’t drive that we’re not going to get social change.

The best part of the Finland's education was that one teacher is provided till the students reach grade 7. This helps in making a good contact and repo with each and every student.
