Electricity is generated using daylight, which means Solar Panel work even on cloudy days.

Bescom earlier this year, allows any consumer who has solar panels installed at his residence to sync with Bescom's grid and feed any excess electricity generated back to the grid after their home requirements are met. It's a simple dual-meter system, where both your input and intake are measured.

"Under the scheme, customers can both import electricity from the grid and export excess electricity after self-consumption. While the maximum they pay per unit is Rs 5.50 per unit, they gets back Rs 9.56 for per unit produced,"

The only criteria to enter into a power purchase agreement with the electricity supply company is that you should have roof rights and the space to install at least a basic 1KW solar panel system.

"For individual home  owners, a 10ft x 10ft shadow-free roof space, is sufficient for a 1 KW system that can generate around 4 to 5 units of electricity per day

the smallest 1 KW solar system, which can be put up on 100 sqft terrace or rooftop area, the cost around Rs 1 lakh along with another Rs 3000-4,000 for the second meter. The bigger ones of around 5KW capacity can cost up to Rs 5 to 6 lakh. However, since the system is a one-time cost that has an average life-span of 25 years,

The average monthly electricity consumption of a 2BHK in Bengaluru is around 200 units. This means, you would need at least a 1.52 KW Solar PV system that produces around 230-250 units per month, depending on the weather conditions, to be a Rs net exporter'.Generation capacity may decline during heavy downpour duration, typically for an hour or two during monsoon season. However, electricity is generated using daylight, which means they work even on cloudy days.

This system will cost around Rs 2 lakh. There are no recurring costs as the life of the panels is 25 years and you do not need batteries to store the energy as you are directly connected to the grid.

Gujrat has over 2,965 acres, rows of photovoltaic cells or solar panels laid out across the state to harness the sun. They are generating 214 MW of electricity every day out-performing China's 200 MW Golmund Solar park. Gujarat invests nearly Rs 2,000 crore an year on renewable energy which has attracted investments of Rs 9,000 crore so far on solar energy projects.

No trackability of Gold sale- purchase up to 2 lakhs is questionable -क्या सरकार blackmoney के साथ है।

No trackability of Gold sale- purchase up to 2 lakhs is questionable

#blackmoney #moneylaundering  #corruption

Transparency is the key for good economic growth- No trackability of Gold sale/ purchase up to 2 lakhs is questionable,

Aadhar linking , PAN linking , trace linking is needed for purchase above 20000/- to stop corruption in India

Observation / Challenges:

1. corruption

2. Black Money, Hawala, Corruption in Government offices/ terror financing

3. Lack of transparency

4. Government willingness to brings India at Top.

Taking the tax or not taking the tax is decision of Government of India. I respect Modi government that they are sensitive towards public and doing amendment in policies which is directly impacting business and country economy growth condition.

But I object that government is not tracing the gold purchase up to 2 lakhs no pan card needed.

It promoting hawala, terror financing, money received from corruption, also people have black money to convert in to gold. it is hampering the Indian economy. Government may announce that no tax will be taken from individual if they buy gold up to 2 lakhs in a year, but Pan linking is needed to trace the source of black money. May be no GST up to 2 lakhs of gold sale to individual, but it should be reflecting in TRACE

I would like to say this traceability limit need to be reduce up to 20,000/- and trace should be track and reflect in to TRACE account purchase of House, BIKE, CAR, GOLD, TV… and Government may have proposed GST refund if this is First Home Loan/ First House/First car (1 CAR) / Bike / TV per family to boost Business and Indian Economy. Fast track GST refund process for individual buyers so that he / she will not buy item without taking bill.

Aadhaar card, PAN card no longer needed for jewellery purchase above Rs 50,000, GST Council decides

New money laundering norms stump jewellery sector

As concern as easy business way

No tax needed, need to be announce in tax system but traceability needed to stop corruption hawala and terror financing.

How can the gold industry become more transparent and sustainable?

Why is the jewellery industry so far behind other sectors in terms of sustainability?

What will drive business to be more transparent about their supply chains?

How can we learn from reform in other sectors such as food?

What will change consumer behaviour and drive awareness around the social and environmental issues associated with metals such as gold?

Could ethical labelling make a difference?

http://vishesh2014.blogspot.in/2014/09/important-role-of-pwd-road.html

Timing of Cleaning ( Best Example - Benchmarking - Khurai - Madhya pradesh)

(Night 2:00 AM to 5:00 AM) they are cleaning road at night, not like cleaning staff start cleaning roads in morning 8:00 O' Clock and floating more dust in office time ( main reason for lots of skin and breathing issue.

Cable / Mobile Network Pollution:

My one friend  came from Finland for business purpose & visiting India and she said she has heard that lots of cable & electricity Jhal and spreaded in India also caw are roaming in roads , She urge me that she wanna to see the same . I was really feeling shame and after the some time  I said her, India is developing country and every day we are growing /developing the things, policies and adopting the best practices . I request her to not to project this kind of image in front of world and requested not to take this kind of picture.being an Indian we are not feeling good ,

As i know earlier we were  paying cable operator 75/- to 100/- per month , and in many places people are not paying up to year,  there was no service tax , now a days big player comes in fiels and for same service currently they are charging 220 /- to 500/- per month , In the name of digital and HD service they are charging lots of extra amount which is not worth. But  jhal of cable and electricity as it is . I would Like to urge PMO India to keep general public in mind and bring some policy /bill in this area , so that Aim of Clean India can be achieved and General Public will get service maximum / not more than 100/- per month for digitization, and maximum cost of set up Box should not be more then 500/- .

Solid Waste Management:
  • Tie up of MCD (Municipal Cooperation  & Solid Waste Management company ---Employment Increase ( Best Example: Bench marking Greater Noida)
  • Online Complain System in MCD Tracking , Loging Complain & Followup.
  • Time bonded low to closed the issue in 3 days.
  •  Penalty Clause
  • Plastic Bag Ban in all over India & even Milk Bag (Mather dairy, Amul...many more ...etc)
  • All departmental store need to sell khulla Kirana, Product with Paper Bag/ Jute bag
  • Culture Development & Trend development for cloth bags (Employment increase simultaneously)
  • Pakki Sabji Mandies and fruit Mandies development in every 5KM  So that Cleaning can be possible  , Contract has to be given to Solid waste Management companies ( Bench marking  Greater Noida)
  • Timing of Cleaning ( Best Example - Bench marking - Khurai - Madhya pradesh) (Night 2:00 AM to 5:00 AM) they are cleaning road at night, not like cleaning staff start cleaning roads in morning 8:00 O' Clock and floating more dust in office time ( main reason for lots of skin and breathing issue.
  • Highway and major road should be made up to end mark and clean by mechanical machine ( best example -Bench marking- Australia) in India they left space in road side and that may be required more and every day cleaning also floating more dust.

Road Rework
Normally  Telecom / water line lay outing contractor  or concern department of ministry not using boring the road to by pass the water line or OFC cable .

So PWD has rights to give permission  to work if they will give clearance when concern department pay the amount to PWD and PWD will open department for Patch work maintenance. This kind of amendment in policy will bring lots of  transparency and proper rework of roads.big  contribution to Clean India Project.

Save the water for your children

Water harvesting is real need to current scenario, Government  clear policy in new and old society, DDA, and other private builder for water harvesting will bring bright future of India

We friend are just talking about flud  in Bihar , rajasthan , Madhya pradesh  and Ganga's Fury The Uttarakhand  and in the same time we are facing water issue in rainy season in many state , even in no of Government & private colonies around the India like DDA,JDA &  private society  in many places they are unable to supply proper feed to civilian  in the same time  many state are facing issue of dry  field many farmers are hoping the rain  water

  6. State Jal board should have to clean the water line  in every quarter by pressure machine to remove the obstruction to ensure the water supply.

Idea for "Clean Ganga"

How can it be ensured that not only does the arrival of tourists increase but also the Ganga remains clean?

How can the proposed waterways and similar initiatives complement the various efforts to clean the Ganga and at the same time enhance tourism? Should such an initiative be replicated for other rivers as well?
