कैसे दोखा दे रही हे MNC COMPANIES अपने  EMPLOYEES को।  VARIABLE PAY  AND BONUS के नाम पैर धोखा। 

INDIAN GOVERNMENT do not have control over this financial misconduct . companies लगा रही है , चुना सरकार को जनता को भी। 

क्या भारत सरकार जनता के हितो को सुरक्षित करने में सक्षम है। सरकार  क्या कदम उठती है ये बहुत जरुरी प्रशन है । 

Case-1: Cheating in the name of bonus or variable pay. Companies placing high value target and at the end they say we have not achieved the target so on paper they mention variable pay 1- 2 lakhs but actual paid is 15000 to 30000, means financial misconduct.




Government should make rule that companies should mention everything on employment letter in figure not in word s as per company performance-should mention max figure and minimum figure- this is like theft of Income tax by companies. Definition of CTC should be define and controlled by government body.

Employee Turnover should have to mention on company website.

Difference in the Salaries of Indian and Foreign Employees for Same Level of Posts in MNCs Working in India

The remuneration payable by a company at the Board level is governed by section 197 of the Companies Act, 2013 (the Act) read with Rules framed thereunder which do not discriminate between managerial personnel, whether Indian or foreign. As far as below Board level employees of companies are concerned, whether Indian or foreign, their salaries are not regulated under the Act.

This was stated by Shri Arun Jaitley, Minister of Corporate Affairs in written reply to a question in the Lok Sabha.

Human Rights Impact Assessment

The Companies Act, 1956/2013 does not contain any provisions related to human rights impact assessment (HRIA) for companies. Further, National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), which deals with complaints about alleged violation of human rights by a public servant only, does not maintain a separate incident code or record under the head Human Rights Impact Assessment (HRIA) for companies in India. In case of proven violation of human rights, NHRC can make recommendations to the concerned authorities in Central/State Government. Appropriate recommendations have been made by NHRC to the concerned government authorities for relief / rehabilitation of the project affected in cases of displacement of villagers/local people on account of acquisition of lands for ‘mega projects’ in various States. There is no proposal before the Ministry of Home Affairs or Ministry of Corporate Affairs to make HRIA mandatory for companies.

This was stated by Shri Arun Jaitley, Minister of Corporate Affairs in written reply to a question in the Lok Sabha

Requesting PMO India and ministry of finance India to Put Special Taxes on Importing Mobile and electronics product in coming budget session and heavy taxes on exporting raw material from India.later on we are importing finished product at heavy prices.So that this kind of activity cannot affect our Indian Economy.

Buying online from companies like Flipkart , amazon and may more similar e commerce company is really not reliable and worth for Indian economy

Even extremely poor feed back flipkart has not stopped selling of poor product of letv 1s . 

Profit is more important than customer satisfaction and Indian Economy lose

EMPLOYEE PROVIDENT FUND - PF Partial withdrawal Rule 19,10C and for advance form 31



Now, employee can submit their PF claim for withdrawn/Advance with new  form 19 UAN,10C UAN & 31UAN directly to the commissioner without employer attestation, It is applicable for those employees whose details like Aadhaar number and Bank account number have been seeded in thier UAN and whose UAN have been activated and their KYC have been verified by the employer.

All other employees who not full filling  the above condition shall continue to make their claims of withdrawn/Advance in existing form 19, 10C & 31.
